How to Perform Low Box Jump
Set Up: Choose a sturdy box or platform around 12–18 inches high. Stand facing the box with feet shoulder-width apart.
Starting Position: Bend slightly at the hips and knees, keeping your chest high and arms at your sides.
Swing and Jump: Swing your arms forward and explosively jump onto the box, extending your hips, knees, and ankles fully as you lift off the ground.
Land Softly: Land softly with both feet flat on the box, knees slightly bent, and your chest upright. Focus on a soft, controlled landing.
Step Down: Step down one foot at a time, don’t jump down to avoid unnecessary impact.
Repeat: Reset your stance and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
