A Chinese Protestant hymn, "San Die Li Ge"《三叠离歌》(Farewell Song with Three Repetitions), arranged in 1933 or 1934 by Yang Yinliu (杨荫浏, 1899-1984), an eminent musicologist from Wuxi, Jiangsu province, China. It is number 195 in the collection "Zan Mei Shi"《赞美诗（新编）》 (The Chinese New Hymnal), which was published in the early 1980s and serves as the most widely used hymn book for Protestant congregations around the world. According to John Thompson, Yang was an adherent of the Anglican faith and is credited as "Ernest Y. L. Yang" in the hymnal.

The melody is based on that of a famous guqin song entitled "Yangguan San Die"《阳关三叠》 and the lyrics are a translation into the Chinese language of Psalm 100. Yang adapted this hymn during a period in which traditional Chinese melodies, such as "Yangguan San Die" or "Mei Hua San Nong"《梅花三弄》, were being adapted to suitable texts for use in Christian worship.

Only two of the three verses are sung in this recording.
