Description
Harpers Bizarre one-off comeback album, "As Time Goes By," from 1976. Released on Forest Bay Company Records. Contains all but 1 of the original members from their run in the late 1960s.
This is taken from a Japanese-only CD reissue. The mastering is different here than on an original vinyl copy that I have. It is much louder and kinda muddy, but it doesn't have any of the background noise/pops that my vinyl copy has, so enjoy this 1970s oddity!
